Petia B. Tenev, Esquire is an of counsel attorney at Warren Law Firm who focuses her practice on bankruptcy. Attorney Tenev is originally from Bulgaria. In 2003, Ms. Tenev graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Thereafter, she worked as a counselor for non-profit organizations helping the homeless and the mentally ill. In 2007, she decided to pursue a legal career. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2011 with a Juris Doctor, with a Certificate for Concentration in International Law. She was ranked in the top one-quarter of her class. While in law school, Ms. Tenev completed the Immigration Clinic with Gulfcoast Legal Services and worked as a law clerk for AV rated law firms. She has represented clients in the areas of immigration, personal injury, contracts, insurance claims, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. Since 2011, she has handled successfully many bankruptcies involving individuals and small businesses.
